TMA E-Marketing is considered one of largest Internet marketing companies in the upper mid-west, serving clients in every stage of business, from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Our parent company, Technical Management Associates TMA), was founded in 1989 by Louis Del Monte and Diane Del Monte, and operated as a management seminar and consulting company. In 2001, the company was restructured and renamed to more closely align with the company's chosen mission.
TMA E-Marketing offers a broad spectrum of Internet marketing services to meet clients needs, including search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, email marketing, link popularity campaigns, online public relations, and Internet consulting. Our business philosophy is to offer only contextual Internet marketing services. Contextual marketing means marketing to high opportunity prospects that have either requested or given permission to receive information on the products and services your company offers. An example is search engine marketing, where prospects are known to be searching for the specific product or service. Our contextual Internet marketing campaigns focus on achieving our clients Internet marketing goals in the fastest cost effective way. Our goal is 100% customer delight. Meet our founders
Louis A. Del Monte is the co-founder and president TMA E-Marketing. He is a recognized marketing and business leader with over a 30 year proven track record of success. He has worked with and for numerous market leaders, such as IBM and Honeywell, as well as many smaller companies. As a top-level executive, he has led marketing, e-marketing, marketing communications, sales, program management, and contract management. Lou Del Monte holds B.S. and M.S. degrees, has numerous patents, and has published and lectured nationally. He also has received two industry-recognized awards, the H.W.Sweatt Award for Outstanding Engineering and Lund Award for Management and People Development.
Diane Del Monte is the co-founder and vice president of TMA E-Marketing. A former instructor/director in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut public and private art programs, Di Del Monte has worked as a Graphic and Fine Artist for over 40 years. As a teacher and freelance professional, she has extensive experience and proficiency in most aspects of artistic endeavor, which includes photography, illustration for publication, logo development, and advertising layout and design. Di Del Monte holds a B.A. and teaching degree in Fine Arts from Montclair University.
